Design and enhance promotional marketing materials using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Monitor and analyze sales, marketing and online media data from measurement reports. Organize local, regional and global communications meetings and conference calls. Implement communication strategies to assist in the utilization of the company’s products and services. Plan and execute creative social media campaigns to encourage engagement with consumers. Brainstorm event ideas and market events through all communication channels.
Coordinate, organize and manage all Community Relations fundraisers, events and activities. Negotiate with vendors on all event-planning matters including: securing catering, entertainment and music, decorations, photography and video, as well as all other third party services required. Collaborate with charities, educational groups, youth groups, and non-profit organizations to expand reach of team’s communications efforts, support philanthropic causes and encourage active membership in the community. Continuously improve and refine the accuracy, clarity and presentation of information for the community. Deliver updates on social media websites, as well as maintain consistent postings on the team blog. Appropriately respond to donation, team/player appearance and autograph requests.
